Initial Consultation and Proposal
I will meet with you and your agent (where appropriate) in
your home. Together we will do a walk- through, looking at
each room through a “buyer’s eyes.” We will discuss your
goals and expectations, as I gather those all-important
first impressions. This should take about 45 minutes to an
hour depending upon home size. If time allows I will
demonstrate the difference home staging can make with a
“spotlight” transformation of an area of your home. We will
end with a proposal based on the amount of work needed to
gain a speedy sale and top dollar amount for your home. A
$50 credit will go towards any future staging service if
decided on that day.
Top Ten Priority Report
This is for homes that are well on their way to being staged
but need a little extra “help.” This customized report that
focuses on the 10 most important things the seller should do
right away to increase their home’s value and obtain a
faster sale.
Half-Day of Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is appropriate for homes under 2000 square feet
that just need a bit of fine-tuning and expertise. Working
from our 8-step Action Plan, The Artful Arranger will
be making dramatic changes to main areas of your home. If
necessary, accessories will be brought in to complete the
look of each room and photos will be taken for your agent’s
marketing efforts. Just prior to the half-day mark, we will
assess our progress as we go through your home together and
fill out an Action Plan, so that you can complete the look
on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic
improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested
additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in
the rooms we were unable to cover.
Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign
This service is similar to the half-day of staging or
redesign, except it is for homes that are over 2000 sq. ft.
or in need of more attention. What a difference a day will
make! During these 6-8 very busy hours, I will deliver a
show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts,
recommendations of accessory purchases and cosmetic
improvements, and an Action Plan to help you complete the
rooms we were not able to cover.
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend
Want to make a great impression and beat the competition?
The Artful Arranger will spend two full days
transforming your home into a buyer’s dream prior to a
listing, or before that all-important Open House! To realize
the highest monetary value for your home I recommend my
complete home staging service before being listed. I will be
working with a completed action plan (included) that will be
given to the home seller to complete the transformations at
the end of the session.
Shopping Service
Together we will create a budget and shop for those
accessories that will increase the aesthetic appeal of your
home. Designer-retail partnerships and discounts, plus
The Artful Arranger’s shopping know-how, will enable us
to get the most value for the money.
New Home Move- In Assistance
You’ve just moved into your new home and don’t know where to
begin! That
painting or chair that looked perfect in its place in your
former home, just doesn’t seem to fit anywhere in your new
space. Maybe there is more area to cover with your
furniture…or less. The walls need to be painted, but you’re
stressing over picking the “right” colors. You have so much
to do and so little time to get it done! Let The Artful
Arranger help you resolve all of these dilemmas and
more. We will begin with a consultation, walk-through, and
assessment, and end with a proposal. A $50 credit will go
towards this or any other service if decided on the same
day.
